Cancellations must be made 24-hours prior to any scheduled lessons or classes otherwise no refund or credit will be possible. Credits for lessons (group or private) must be used within 6 months of purchase, with the exception of gift certificates (for which no refund is possible).

Group Dance Classes

You must notify the Rhythm Room/Vow To Dance 24-hours prior to the first lesson of the group class series in order to receive a refund or apply your balance to another series. There are no make-up classes if you miss a lesson during a series.

If you sign up for a group class series and are not able to attend, you can use your credit for another group class series or apply the balance to any service as long as you notify the Rhythm Room/Vow To Dance by phoning 214-228-4454 a minimum of 24-hours prior to the first class of the series you registered for.

Private Dance Lessons

Private lessons must be scheduled within 6 months of purchasing. If you schedule a lesson and are unable to attend, you must call the Rhythm Room/Vow To Dance 24-hours prior to the scheduled lesson at 214-228-4454. If you do not contact the Rhythm Room/ Vow To Dance 24-hours prior to the scheduled time, that lesson must be paid for from your balance of lessons.

Refunds for unused private lessons are possible, as long as they are requested within 6 months of the purchase date. No refunds will be made after 6 months of the purchase date. No refunds will be made for gift certificates. No refunds are possible for missed lessons if you failed to give 24-hours notice prior to the scheduled time. If you purchase a package of private lessons and do not use all of them, partial refunds are available, as long as they are requested within 6 months of the purchase date. For example, if you purchased a package of 4 private lessons for $300, only used one lesson and complied with the conditions above, you could be refunded $215 ($300 less $85-the cost of a single lesson) because you used only one lesson, you would not be able to use the discounted lesson rate.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and are good for a year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates can be used towards any service. While a specific lesson plan (privates or group) is cited when purchased, the recipient may choose any product worth the same amount. For example, if a gift certificate for $300 for private lessons is purchased and the recipient would prefer to attend group classes, the recipient may use the gift certificate for $300 worth of group classes.
